Financial Planning Virtual Assistant
About the Role
- On-site (either Central Bloc / Avenir Building) or WFH
As an Australian Financial Planning Virtual Assistant, you will support our Australian Financial Planning clients and their businesses directly. Our clients are seeking the next set of superstars to train and grow alongside their businesses. Work alongside their existing senior team members at VA Platinum! Guidance, training, and team support are provided to the new team members.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
- Must have completed 2 years in college (any course).
- With at least 2 years of solid experience supporting an Australian Financial Planning business (as a Client Services Officer, Financial Planning Administrator, or Paraplanner)
- Preferably with experience with using various CRM preferably Adviser Logic and Xplan
- Experience in Investment and/or Insurance Implementation
- Prior experience with Records of Advice (ROA)
- With workflow management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong research skills
- Employee work set-up will be dependent on the client’s discretion
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Implementation of Advice
- Preparation for Records of Advice (ROA)
- Collecting, preparing, verifying, and maintaining all necessary client work papers and information
- Prepare application forms and follow up on their progress directly with product providers.
- Manage, review, and update client data in the CRM
- Prepare and review investment reports and policy schedules
- Coordinate with different entities to complete research to back financial planning recommendation
Experience AU Mortgage Broker Support
(AU Mortgage, Home-based, Multiple Roles Available)
Description:
- Negotiable based on experience
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
Skills Required:
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in end-to-end processing and administration of loans with Australian Mortgage Broking.
- Experience in using AFG FLEX, Mercury Nexus, Podium, or other AU mortgage CRM.
- Experience with complex finance calculations, document/application preparation and knowledge of credit.
- Understanding of how to read financial documents and consider appropriate structuring options will be highly regarded.
- Experience with Apply Online (NextGen), Broker Engine, and other mortgage broking tools.
What will you do?
- Working on End-to-End loan application processing.
- Research, structure, lodge, and manage finance applications through to settlement.
- Evaluate clients’ financial position, borrowing capacity, and servicing.
- Lender and policy analysis and negotiations to meet client outcomes.
- Interpret complex financial documents for self-employed and entity structure clients and determine loan structures to achieve client outcomes.
- Finance application compilation – work in conjunction with clients and the loan administration team to complete living expenses analysis, supporting document collation, application preparation, and lodgement.
- Work closely managing the broker and onshore team.
- Liaise with clients throughout the loan application process on behalf of the broker.
- Liaise with lenders and their business development managers throughout the application process where required,

As an individual contractor, the company will be paying you fixed amount of renumeration for delivery of agreed services. You are solely responsible for following the Philippines labour laws and pay all the mandatory contributions. You will be working as per Australian working days and elidable for public holidays as per Australian financial year. In case if you work during the Philippines holidays, when there is no holiday in Australia, the contractor will not be elidable for any additional pay or loading. It is contractors solely responsibility to maintain the required systems and software’s to provide agreed services to the clients.
